Bryan Oconnor

Bryan O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bryan began their career as an Associate Head Coach at Tucson Ford Dealers Aquatics in 2010 and then worked as an Assistant Coach at ADN Swim Project from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Bryan joined Cintas as a Sales and Operations Management professional, where they gained experience in sales and business operations. In 2016, they transitioned to Fasturtle - Digital Marketing Solutions as the Director of Client Success. Later in the same year, they joined Hivewyre as an Account Executive, where they excelled in exceeding sales quotas and developing strong client relationships. Bryan then moved to Blue Signal Search in 2017, where they held various roles including Senior Executive Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiting Manager, Director of Recruiting, and most recently, Senior Director of Recruiting. Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated a track record of success and expertise in recruiting and sales management.

Bryan O'Connor completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Bryan also obtained additional certifications such as the Blue Signal Cyber Security Awareness Training from Blue Signal Search in February 2023 and the Blue Signal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Training from the same institution in June 2021.
