Kelly O'Neill - Maysonet

Kelly O'Neill - Maysonet currently serves as the Vice President of Recruiting at GoodVets since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Athletico, where Kelly was the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Campus Recruiting and previously held the position of Campus Recruiting & Early Talent Manager. As a co-founder of GIRLS GO FOR IT from August 2015 to August 2022, Kelly contributed significantly to the organization's mission. Additional experience includes serving as Campus Recruiting Manager at Heartland Dental and as a Campus Recruiter at EYEY. Kelly holds a Master of Education in Educational Organization & Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
