Matt Walsh has a diverse work experience in executive staffing, recruiting, and leadership roles. Matt is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Blue Signal Search, a nationwide executive staffing and recruiting firm. Matt is also the CEO and Founder of Resume and Career Services, where they provide resume writing expertise. Matt is a Board Member of TITAN 100, a platform that brings CEOs together through private events and roundtables. Matt is a Member of YPO, a global leadership community, and The Pinnacle Society, a consortium of industry-leading recruiters. Additionally, they serve as a Strategic Advisor for Abstrakt, a real-time call coaching software. Matt is also a Board Member of the Smith-Kingsmore Syndrome Foundation, where they contribute to improving the lives of those affected by the syndrome. Matt has previous experience as a Consultant and Senior Account Executive in the executive search industry. Matt's expertise spans various industries, including medical devices, plastics, telecommunications, and aerospace.

Matt Walsh attended Illinois State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Dual Major Finance & Insurance.
