Melissa Coleman

Melissa Coleman has extensive experience in recruitment and sales, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for Lighting and IIoT at Blue Signal Search since July 2020, after progressing from Sr Recruiting Manager. With a proven track record of over 1,500 successful search projects, Melissa contributes to building strong client and candidate relationships within a nationwide recruiting, executive search, and staffing firm. Previous roles include Executive Recruiter at The Q Works Group and MRI, along with leadership positions in sales at General Nutrition Centers, Inc., and Barnes & Noble. Melissa holds a BA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
