Claire McLoughlin is an experienced professional in product development, currently serving as Head of Product Development at Blue Skies since March 2022, following a role as Product Development Manager. Prior experience includes NPD Manager at Samworth Brothers, where Claire focused on Tesco Ready Meals, and Development Manager for various Tesco products at Bakkavor. Claire also held positions as Senior Developer for the Meat Free Linda McCartney range at Hain Daniels Group and Product Development Manager at Senoble UK, overseeing chilled bakery and dessert projects. Initial roles at Bakkavor included Senior Development Technologist for stir fry products and Quality Auditor. Claire holds a degree in Food Manufacture from the University of Lincoln - Holbeach.

We are Blue Skies. And we love fruit. But not just any fruit - fresh from harvest fruit which we turn into delicious dairy-free ice cream, freshy squeezed juices and fresh cut fruit. We started over 20 years ago in a factory in Ghana, and now have production facilities in the UK, South Africa, Brazil, Egypt and Benin. Our fruit is grown with pride by farmers, harvested at its optimal maturity, hand selected for quality and ripeness and delivered to your favourite grocery stores, fresh from harvest. With our Foundation, we also reinvest profit back in to local communities. So far we have completed of over 120 local projects such as classroom blocks for schools, clinics and water systems.
