Hugh Pile is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Hugh serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Blue Skies, focusing on sourcing high-quality fruits from local farmers in multiple countries. Previously, Hugh held strategic positions at L'Oréal as Chief Marketing Officer for both Western Europe and the UK & Ireland, driving significant marketing transformations. At Diageo, roles included Marketing and Innovation Director for Vietnam and Marketing Manager for the Whisky Category across Africa, underscoring a strong track record in brand management and innovation. Hugh holds an MA in English from the University of Cambridge and has completed a Marketing Fellowship.

Blue Skies
We are Blue Skies. And we love fruit. But not just any fruit - fresh from harvest fruit which we turn into delicious dairy-free ice cream, freshy squeezed juices and fresh cut fruit. We started over 20 years ago in a factory in Ghana, and now have production facilities in the UK, South Africa, Brazil, Egypt and Benin. Our fruit is grown with pride by farmers, harvested at its optimal maturity, hand selected for quality and ripeness and delivered to your favourite grocery stores, fresh from harvest. With our Foundation, we also reinvest profit back in to local communities. So far we have completed of over 120 local projects such as classroom blocks for schools, clinics and water systems.
