Holly K. has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Holly began their career in 2006 as a Resident Assistant for Radford University's Office of Housing & Residential Life. In 2009, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Radford University. In 2010, they took on the role of Contract Training Specialist for Blue Ridge High Performance Consulting, where they developed an ethics-training program for the City of Roanoke Human Resources Department. In 2012, Holly joined Higher Logic as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. In this role, they developed employee and manager effectiveness training, refined and facilitated onboarding processes, and designed and executed employee engagement events and initiatives. Holly also oversaw the office administration for three U.S. offices and one international office. In 2020, Holly joined ChurnZero as Director of People, and then Blue Sky eLearn as Vice President of People Operations and Senior Director of People Operations.

Holly K. obtained their Master of Science in Corporate & Professional Communication from Radford University in 2011 and their Bachelor of Science in Communication; Public Relations; Psychology from Radford University in 2008. In 2019, they obtained their Everything DiSC Workplace\u00ae Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand. In 2016, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
