Libby Strong began their career in 2011 at the American Osteopathic Association, where they held the roles of Certification Manager, Program Coordinator, Multi Divisional Support, Director of Process Improvement, Board Relations, and Business Onboarding, and Senior Director of Project Management, Strategic Certification Management, and Product Development. In 2021, they joined Blue Sky eLearn as the Director of Client Success, and later as Client Success Manager. In this role, they were a SaaS B2B customer expert creating thriving accounts through superior customer service, well-built relationships, and the ability to constantly adapt and grow. Libby also developed a deep understanding of client needs and desired outcomes to build customized solutions for the success of their learning strategy and development needs. Additionally, they established trusted relationships with customers by being a dependable and proactive internal advocate and strategic partner.
Libby Strong attended DePaul University from 2009-2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
