Ancel Tholen

Ancel Tholen has extensive experience in various administrative and leadership roles, primarily within the pension service sector at Blue Sky Group from 1993 to the present, serving as Voorzitter Ondernemingsraad and holding multiple positions in pension administration and communication. Additional volunteer experience includes serving as Secretaris Diagnosegroep Myotone Dystrofie / Myotoniën at Spierziekten Nederland from 2010 to 2013. Ancel Tholen's earlier career included administrative roles at Randstad, Slokker Bouwgroep, and VluchtelingenWerk Nederland. Academically, Ancel Tholen holds two Bachelor's degrees in Education, specializing in Chemistry and Physics, obtained from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2017 and 2021, and also attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
