Previous roles include Regional Vice President at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions and General Manager at various prestigious hotels, including Embassy Suites Walnut Creek and Doubletree by Hilton Chicago O'Hare. Alex's career began in Russia as General Manager of Vlad Inn Hotel and includes significant culinary leadership as Executive Chef at Resorts of The Canadian Rockies. Alex holds a Master of Fine Arts in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu London.
