Currently serving as President and CEO of Blue Sky Real Estate Services & Development since June 2017, Philip Silverman focuses on acquiring, developing, financing, and operating facilities for mission-driven organizations to optimize occupancy costs and client needs. Simultaneously, as Senior Vice President and Chief Physical Assets Officer at North Shore-LIJ Health System since April 2013, Philip Silverman oversees a team of over 100 professionals managing real estate and capital projects across multiple locations in New York. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President for Real Estate at Columbia University from May 2001 to April 2013.
