Rafi Durst, CPA

Rafi Durst, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rafi currently serves as the CFO for Blue Sky Utility - Powered by Nofar Energy since February 2021. Previously, in 2019, they held the position of Director at iFunds.

From 2007 to 2019, Rafi worked at R.N.D Investments LTD, where they were a Financial Consultant and Project Manager. In this role, they provided various financial services such as project management, risk management, budget planning, process evaluation, and internal auditing. Rafi also played a pivotal role in leading projects, including a successful transformation of electrical infrastructure in multiple highway systems, collaborating closely with engineers, lawyers, and C-level executives.

Prior to their position at R.N.D Investments LTD, Rafi served as the CFO for Netivei Israel | נתיבי ישראל from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as the Deputy Chief Fiscal Officer at the Israel Ministry of Finance from 1997 to 2001.

Rafi Durst, CPA, holds a Master's degree in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree in MBA, Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport. Rafi also holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant.
