Carmen Butler

Carmen Butler is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in healthcare law. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs at BlueSprig since July 2020, Carmen previously held the position of Vice President/Deputy General Counsel at Aveanna Healthcare from June 2017 to January 2020, and worked as Associate Counsel at PSA Healthcare from January 2013 to May 2017. Carmen's career also includes roles as Program Manager at Georgia Tech, Contract Attorney at Macy's, and Associate at Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP. Carmen earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University.
