Carmen's career also includes roles as Program Manager at Georgia Tech, Contract Attorney at Macy's, and Associate at Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP. Carmen earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University.
