Amanda Hicking has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Amanda started their career in 2012 with Parkwood Leisure's Graduate Management Scheme. Amanda then transitioned to recruitment consultancy at Oasis HR, where they progressed from Researcher to Consultant and eventually Senior Consultant, specializing in HR Interim resource for businesses undergoing HR Transformation. Amanda joined TomTom in 2015, where they served as the Events Lead and later as the Brand Experience Manager, responsible for organizing and prioritizing events across the UK. Amanda then moved to Dyson in 2017, where they worked as the Events, Marketing & Social Media Manager and the Direct Campaigns Manager, executing projects for Dyson's key direct channels. Currently, Amanda is working at Blue Square, first as the Client Operations Manager, and then progressing to Head of Client Operations and Account Director. Amanda is currently serving as the Client Services Director.

Amanda Hicking attended Dartford Technology College from 2002 to 2007. Amanda then enrolled in Beths Grammar School from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they pursued a BSc (Hons) in Sports Studies at the University of Southampton from 2009 to 2012.
