Director, Campaign for Inclusion at Blue Star Families

CT Moss, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from 1999 until 2012, CT worked as an Instructor/Writer for the US Army, honing their training and writing skills. From 2012 to 2013, they served as an Executive Administrative Assistant before transitioning into a Senior Operations/Administrative Executive Assistant role from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they took on the role of Petro/Water Observer Coach/Trainer from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, CT served as an AIT First Sergeant, responsible for the professional development and welfare of soldiers. In 2019, they became a First Sergeant for a Two-Star General Command before eventually taking on the role of G4 Senior Enlisted Advisor/Director for the US Army Combined Arms Support Command in 2020. In addition to their military roles, CT also established their own business, CT Moss Solutions, LLC, in 2021 as a Certified Life Coach. They also joined Blue Star Families in the same year as the Director of the Campaign for Inclusion. CT Moss retired from the US Army in March 2021 and continues to pursue their passion for coaching and inclusion efforts.

CT Moss earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Excelsior University, studying from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to their MBA, CT Moss pursued a Bachelor's degree (BPS) in Business and Management from Excelsior University, from 2013 to 2015.

Before their bachelor's degree, CT Moss obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Administrative Management Studies from Excelsior University, starting in 2010 and finishing in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, CT Moss acquired various professional certifications, including Level 1: Certified Life Coach from the Certified Life Coach Institute, obtained in January 2021, Green Belt Certification (GB) from the US Army, received in June 2020, and a Water Treatment Certification.
