Jared S. Moeller possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and aviation industries. Currently serving as a BOH member at B&B Hospitality Group since November 2014, Jared contributes to Del Posto Ristorante, recognized with multiple prestigious awards including a Michelin star and the James Beard Award. Concurrently, Jared has been an Executive Jet Broker at Blue Star Jets since April 2012, specializing in private aviation services. Previous roles include Head Tournant at The Cannibal Hell's Kitchen, Director of Food and Beverage at The Kitano New York, Associate Manager at JK Enterprises, and General Manager at The Palm Steakhouse JFK International. Jared's career also includes positions as Food and Beverage Manager at Denihan Hospitality Group, Assistant Manager at Hyatt Regency, Assistant Purchasing Manager at New York Hilton, and Pantry Chef at Sunsets Restaurant. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Culinary from the French Culinary Institute and a BA in Hospitality Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
