Ishika Bhardwaj

Ishika Bhardwaj is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Assistant Manager in HR Business Partnering at Blue Star Limited since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ishika held the position of Senior Executive in Human Resources at the same company from June 2022 to July 2022, and initially gained experience as an HR Intern in HRBP. Ishika completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad from August 2021 to May 2023, and earlier obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from CCS University, which was completed in July 2021.
