M Srinivas Reddy

M Srinivas Reddy began their work experience in 1993 at Tecumseh Products Company, where they served as a Senior Executive until 1996. In the same year, they joined Blue Star Limited as the Vice President of the Commercial Refrigeration Business, where they were responsible for overall business strategy, P&L, market leadership, and building future leaders. M Srinivas also held the position of Head of Corporate Planning at Blue Star Limited.

M Srinivas Reddy has a diverse education history. M Srinivas obtained a Senior Executive Program degree from the London Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Kakatiya University from 1991 to 1993. M Srinivas also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from S V H College of Engineering, Nagarjuna University, earned from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Management Development Programme on Strategic Thinking for Business Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2008, and the General Management Programme for Blue Star Limited from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2005.
