Pandurang Vardekar

Pandurang Vardekar has a diverse background in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Manager of HR and Admin at Blue Star Limited since March 2023. Concurrently, Pandurang holds the position of Head of Admin and Security at Ambuja Cements Ltd, a role assumed in December 2021. Furthermore, Pandurang has been a Security Manager at Reliance since May 2007. Academically, Pandurang earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Shivaji University between August 2020 and July 2022, following an earlier degree from the same university from 2000 to 2004.
