Sangeeta Parameswaran

Sangeeta Parameswaran is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 15 years at Blue Star Limited, currently serving as the Head of HR Operations and HRBP for International Businesses and Group Support since September 2008. Sangeeta leads all HR operations across India, focusing on employee lifecycle processes, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement, while also managing compensation and benefits for the organization. Prior roles include Deputy General Manager of Human Resources, overseeing HR processes for the Western Region, and Senior Manager of Corporate Communications & Marketing, responsible for corporate communications, public relations, and CSR initiatives. Sangeeta's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Bombay Dyeing, managing projects across various social sectors. Sangeeta holds multiple Master's degrees in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
