Shailesh Mohod

Shailesh Mohod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development within the refrigeration sector. Currently, Shailesh serves as General Manager at Blue Star Limited, having held positions as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager since May 2016, focusing on deep freezers and water coolers. Prior to this role, Shailesh contributed to LG Electronics as Deputy Manager in R&D for refrigerators from July 2007 to April 2016, participating as a core member of the development team on various projects for new models and variants, utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and QFD. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Amravati University, completed between 1997 and 2001.
