Georgios Michalakidis

Georgios Michalakidis is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovation across various sectors. Serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Development at Vivup since October 2011, Georgios also founded and directs Blue Tea Software and ManagePlaces, focusing on impactful projects and advanced construction management solutions. Their previous roles include R&D Advisor and Project Manager at balena, Founder and CTO at Tiger Nation, and Director of Product Development at The ai Corporation, where Georgios led the creation of a real-time fraud detection tool. Georgios holds a PhD in Computer Science and an MSc in Internet Computing from the University of Surrey, alongside a BSc in Informatics and Communications.
