Dhiraj Singh

Dhiraj Singh has over a decade of experience in the coffee and food service industry, currently serving as General Manager of Cafe Operations for Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters since June 2021, with additional responsibilities as General Manager for the North and East Region. Prior to this role, Dhiraj held multiple positions at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, including City Manager, from July 2016 to June 2021. Dhiraj's career also includes a significant tenure at Cafe Coffee Day as a Store Manager, where management of the largest store in West Delhi highlighted skills in financial oversight and local marketing. Earlier positions included Internal Auditor at KB's fairprice and Operations Team Member at KFC.
