Sujit Bose

Sujit Bose is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters since December 2023, Sujit has previously held senior positions at Indifi as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and at Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. as Sr. Vice President of People and Culture. With a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR analytics, Sujit has also contributed to the field at companies such as Vistara, Tata Teleservices, and Bank of America. Sujit holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Institute For Integrated Learning In Management and a B.Com from Delhi University.
