Bob Clarke

Bob Clarke currently serves as Project Director for the DOJ Justice Assistance Infrastructure at Blue Trident, LLC, since December 2022. Previously, Bob held the position of Deputy Director for the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program at Naval Sea Systems from March 2016 to July 2022. Bob's experience also includes serving as Director of Public Works at US Army Garrison Vicenza from July 2010 to March 2016, where responsibilities encompassed public works management across military communities, planning, engineering, and environmental compliance. Prior roles include Branch Head for Global Re-basing & Restructuring Programs and BRAC Program Manager with Commander Navy Installations Command. Bob's military background spans from 1988 to 2006 in the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy. Educational achievements comprise a Master of Architecture from Tulane University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
