Operations & Customer Success Officer at Blue Valet

Regina Ruiz has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Regina began their career at Disneyland Paris as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed orders and performed inventory. In 2013, they joined Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services as an Operations & Product Supervisor, where they were responsible for transit scales and embarkation/disembarkation in Marseille, budget and financial objectives, and the creation and development of new projects. Regina was also responsible for managing two employees, 40 interpreters, and 50 scale agents. In 2015, they moved to SERVMAR BALEAR SL as a Operations Coordinator, where they were responsible for tracking and controlling the completion of services, meeting contract standards with clients, and ensuring waste management procedures. Finally, in 2019, Regina returned to Blue Valet as an Operations City Manager, where they conducted recruitment and training interviews, supervised the correct execution of services, coordinated and assigned shifts, managed stress and customer disputes, and wrote activity reports. In 2021, they were promoted to Operations & Customer Success Officer at Blue Valet.

Regina Ruiz is currently studying at the Universidad de Málaga.
