Michael Cardarelli

Michael Cardarelli is an experienced executive with a strong background in veterans' affairs and military health. Currently serving as the CEO of Blue Water Thinking since May 2019, Cardarelli previously held the position of Vice President of Veterans Affairs at General Dynamics Information Technology from April 2018 to May 2019 and at SRA International from October 2014 to April 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Raytheon and Deputy Under Secretary at the US Department of Veterans Affairs from December 2009 to March 2013. Michael Cardarelli's educational credentials include studies at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, along with a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
