Tom Leney

Tom Leney is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at Blue Water Thinking. With a background as a VA senior acquisition executive, program manager, and Director of VA small business programs, Tom leverages their experience to assist federal program managers in developing acquisition strategies. Previously, Tom served as the Managing Partner at Vision to Outcome and held various leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Tom's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
