Lani Longacre

Lani Longacre, MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts Heart of Central California since July 2025. Previously, Lani held the position of Vice President for the Girl Scout Cookie Program at Girl Scouts of the USA from 2020 to 2025, where leadership was provided for the $900M+ cookie portfolio, driving national strategy and program excellence. Prior experience includes roles at Girl Scouts San Diego, culminating in the Chief Mission Delivery Officer position from 2008 to 2020, overseeing a broad range of mission-related operations and marketing for over 34,000 members. Lani's career began at ROI Media Direct as a Junior Media Buyer and included roles as a Marketing Assistant at On Media Group and Customer Service & Sales Representative at Wells Fargo Bank. Lani earned an Executive Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Diego State University.
