Dante Iocona

Dante Iocona has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. From 2001 to 2011, they held the role of Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Dining Services at Watermark Retirement Communities. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Food and Beverage at Chesapeake Hospitality. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Director of Food and Beverage at PM Hotel Group. From 2018 to 2021, they served as General Manager, Complex General Manager, and General Manager at Real Hospitality Group. Currently, they are the Regional Operations Manager at Blue Water.

Dante Iocona's education history includes attending Kingsway Regional High School from 1990-1995, Gloucester County Institute of Technology from 1992-1995 to study Culinary Arts, Atlantic Cape Community College from 1998-2000 to receive an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Culinary Arts, and Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2015-2016 to receive a CDM,CFPP Certification Program. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the American Heart Association (CPR & AED, 2018), Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) (CDM, CFPP, 2016), Aquatic Facility Training & Consultants (Certified Pool Operator Certificate, 2018), Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium (MEEC) (TAM Certification, 2019), and National Restaurant Association (ServSafe Manager, 2020).
