Rachel Carr has been working in the Human Resources field since 2021. Rachel began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Blue Water, where they are currently a Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this role, they were a Billing Manager at ATLANTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY INC from 2019.
