Rafael "Rafo" Correa

Rafo Correa began their career in 2003 as an Audit, Risk Assesment Associate at KPMG LLP. In 2005, they moved to AviTech, LLC, where they served as Sales & Marketing Manager. In 2007, they joined MATECH Solutions (Machining Technologies, Inc.) as Sales & Marketing Manager and VP, Operations & Supply Chain. In 2012, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Blue Water.

Rafael "Rafo" Correa obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business in 2003, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Rafael "Rafo" then went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration from the same institution, which they completed in 2010.
