For over five years, Mastantuono has been the architect behind ServiceNow’s financial and strategic playbook, overseeing strategic finance, accounting, corporate strategy, venture initiatives, risk and compliance, investor relations, tax & treasury, procurement, real estate, and M&A.
In addition to her role at ServiceNow, Mastantuono serves as Audit Committee Chair on the boards of Gong and Roblox.
