Anirudh Tunga

Anirudh Tunga is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Manager of AI Development at Blue Wave AI Labs since July 2021, having previously held the position of AI Research Scientist. Anirudh contributed to academic pursuits as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University from August 2019 to May 2021, focusing on Deep Learning in Computer Vision. Anirudh also took on the role of Entrepreneurial Lead for AI-Medic, an AI-powered surgical mentoring platform, during a brief tenure at the National Science Foundation in late 2020. Early career experiences include positions as an Associate at Cracku and Operations Officer at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, alongside serving as Placement Manager at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore. Anirudh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore.
