Arshdeep Singh

Arshdeep Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management across multiple industries. Currently, Arshdeep serves as a Member of the BIPOC Producer Advisory Committee at the California Department of Food and Agriculture and as Assembly Manager at Bluewhite. Additionally, Arshdeep holds the position of President at the Punjabi American Growers Group. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at AESC, Inc., Reliability Engineering Manager at Amazon-JLL, Process Improvement Project Manager at International Paper, and Lean Manufacturing Engineer II at Pentair Thermal Management. Arshdeep began a career in operations as an Operations Engineer at Carpet Art Deco. Arshdeep obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University between 2008 and 2011.
