Luke Hemphill

Luke Hemphill has a diverse work background with experience in various sales and management roles. Luke is currently the Director of Partnerships at Bluewhite since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Orchid Ventures Inc. from 2017 to 2022, where they held positions such as Chief Product Officer, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Vice President of Sales. In their role as Vice President of Sales, they developed and implemented the organization's sales structure and Go-To-Market strategy, achieving significant revenue growth. Luke also has experience as a Surgical Sales Manager at Straumann Group from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they worked at Kendal Floral LLC, Florexpo LLC from 2010 to 2016, where they served as Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, and Area Sales Manager. Their responsibilities included sales management, team leadership, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. Prior to that, Luke worked as a Sales and Project Manager at California Commercial Works from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on business development, project management, and marketing.

Luke Hemphill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Washington State University from 2015 to 2017.
