Guillermo Piñuela Leyva has had a varied career, beginning in 2015 when they were an Engineer Assistant at IFEMA, a Student Job. Guillermo was also a Representative for relationships between the Association and their fellow students at the Asociación de Ingenieros del ICAI, a Student Job. In the same year, they were also the President of the ICAI Speed Club, a Voluntary project, where they were responsible for promoting ICAI's first participation in Motostudent, securing support from both ICAI and Universidad Pontificia Comillas. In 2018, they were the Country Manager and Email Marketing Specialist at Swiftfox ApS, a Student job. Guillermo was also a Mentor at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, a Voluntary work. In 2019, they joined Blue World Technologies, where they were the Product Cost Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer. In their roles, they were the project lead for a cross-functional team, responsible for defining Master Data processes and managing implementation in ERP (D365), reporting out on cost of projects/products, and identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers.
Guillermo Piñuela Leyva has a diverse educational background. Guillermo obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering & Business from Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018 in 2017, a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electromechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2017, an Administración y Dirección de Empresas in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. between 2015 and 2017, and a Master of Science (MS) in Entrepreneurial Engineering from Aalborg University in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Colegio San Patricio between 1996 and 2011.
