Antonia Lenarcik (Alecu) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions management and support operations, currently serving as a Sr Solutions Manager for e2e Product Development at Blue Yonder since March 2017. In this role, Antonia leads the EMEA Support & Cloud Operations teams, oversees customer escalations, and prioritizes customer and associate satisfaction while achieving team performance metrics.
