Christian H. Pajot

Christian H. Pajot is an accomplished Information Technology Program Director with extensive experience in managing Salesforce Service Cloud applications and leading teams to enhance customer success operations. Since August 2008, Christian has held various positions at Blue Yonder, overseeing a team of Business Analysts, responsible for feature implementation, change requests, and Business Intelligence matters for over 1,100 users. Prior to this, Christian contributed to JDA as a Senior Business System Analyst and Support Manager, playing a key role in the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and data analysis for Global Support. Christian's career began at CAPS Logistics as a Product Support Manager, where significant achievements included managing international support centers and streamlining communication between support and R&D. Christian holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
