Samantha Levy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support services and supply chain management. Currently serving as Support Director at Blue Yonder since April 2000, Samantha has held various roles, including Senior Support Manager and Support Services Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring quality support service delivery and acting as a liaison among customers and departments. Prior to Blue Yonder, Samantha worked at AmeriServe as Supply Chain Manager, managing a team responsible for replenishment activities and optimizing operations across distribution centers. Samantha’s career began at JCPenney as Senior Merchandise Manager, overseeing significant sales volumes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Newberry College.
