Rose McGuigan has extensive experience in customer support and operations within the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Zscaler since August 2025, Rose leads a Product Technical Support team and focuses on enhancing customer experience through strategy and AI adoption. Previous roles include Director of Customer Support at Red Canary, Director of Customer Care at Workday, and several management positions at Symantec, where Rose managed global operations and customer escalations for major clients. Rose’s career began with project management roles at Brightmail, Cengage, and Research Institute Of America, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs and International Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey, as well as a certification in Project Management from UC Berkeley Extension.
