Blue Zones
Rotary Club Kapolei Sunset has been active since March 2009, focusing on community service and professional networking as part of its non-profit initiatives. In addition, Rotary Club Kapolei Sunset advocates for healthy living through involvement with Blue Zones since April 2017. The organization participates in various community clean-up efforts, including the Farrington Highway Clean Up with Adopt-A-Highway Hawaii since November 2016. Rotary Club Kapolei Sunset collaborates with the Hawaii Food Bank for the Rice Rally since October 2016 and has been engaged in volunteer efforts with Women In Need Hawaii, supporting women in need of shelter since 2013. Additionally, Rotary Club Kapolei Sunset has contributed to the Books 4 Kids initiative since January 2012, facilitating book collection and shipping to the Philippines.
