Jose Montero Sr.

Jose Montero Sr. is currently the COO at Blue. Prior to that, they were a Manager at LA Fitness from January 2014 to August 2014. Jose was quickly promoted to manager after only 3 months with the company due to their excellent sales skills and ability to lead a team. Before that, Jose was an affiliate marketer with Vemma from January 2013 to January 2014. Jose led a team of 40+ affiliate marketers across the country, conducting weekly meetings, presentations, and training seminars. Jose is also the founder of Prestige Doves, a white dove release service for funerals, weddings, and grand openings.

Jose Montero Sr. has an educational background in entrepreneurship and business. Jose studied entrepreneurship at Draper University and then went on to study business at Riverside City College.
