Wagner Andrade

Wagner Andrade, CEA, CFP®, currently serves as a Sócio and Assesssor de Investimentos Private at Blue3 since January 2019, where responsibilities include client service, enhancing profitability for individuals, families, and businesses, managing risks, and ensuring asset preservation. Previously, Wagner was a Sócio and Team Leader at Blue3, overseeing a team of 6-8 investment advisors with a combined total of approximately 600 million in assets. Additional experience includes consulting roles focused on onboarding, training, and mentor investment advisors and their earlier work as a franchisee at Prudential Financial specialized in life insurance and family/business succession planning. Wagner's engineering background includes serving as Chief Engineer and Project Manager at Aegla Construções LTDA, where oversight was provided for a large housing development. Wagner holds multiple relevant degrees, including an MBA in Financial Investment Management from Ibmec and a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
