L Anil Kumar Reddy has worked in the IT industry since 2012. L Anil started their career as a System Analyst at Sonata Software in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Capgemini as a Consultant, where they were a Certified Salesforce Developer and had experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Aura. In 2016, they became a Software Engineer at JK Technosoft Limited. In 2017, they joined Baxter International Inc. as an IT Specialist, where they were a Senior Salesforce Developer, involved in Requirement Gathering, Design Solution, Technical Approach, and Implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud application for a global footprint Health Care Company. L Anil was also responsible for mentoring and managing a team to drive through technical deliverables. L Anil then moved to Q2 in 2021 as a Lead Implementation Engineer. Currently, they are a Lead Salesforce Developer at Blue5Green since 2022.

L Anil Kumar Reddy has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur from 2007-2011. L Anil also has an intermediate degree from Gowtham Junior College in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from 2005-2007. L Anil's education began with a High School degree from Keshava Reddy Public School in 2004-2005. In addition to their educational degrees, L Anil Kumar Reddy has obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in December 2022, Basics of nCino (101) in November 2022, Salesforce Certified Administrator in December 2015, and Salesforce Developer (Dev 401) in May 2015.
