Francisco Borges Fontes

Francisco Borges Fontes has significant experience in finance and business roles. Francisco started their career in 2010 with an internship at Banif Investment Banking and later worked as a Summer Intern at ERSAR. Francisco then joined Deloitte as a Consultant before moving to Unilever, where they held various finance positions, including Global Finance Analyst for different brands and eCommerce Finance Manager. Most recently, they were the Head of Finance for Unilever Water & Air Wellness in North America before taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Blueair in 2023.

Francisco Borges Fontes completed their undergraduate degree in Business Management at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 2007 to 2010. Francisco then pursued an International Master of Science in Business Administration and Finance at the same institution from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in an Exchange Program in International Business at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2009-2010 and an International Semester in International Business at Copenhagen Business School in 2011-2012. Francisco has also obtained certifications including being CIMA Qualified in 2017, a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge in 2007, and a Diploma A1 in Spanish from Instituto Espanhol de Línguas.
