Doug Guzman

Doug Guzman is currently a Board Member at BlueBay Asset Management. Doug has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Doug started their career at Goldman Sachs in 1996 as a Managing Director. In 2005, they left Goldman to join RBC Capital Markets as the Head of Global Investment Banking. Doug spent 10 years at RBC before leaving in 2015 to join BlueBay.

Doug Guzman's educational career began at Colonel By High School. Doug then completed their HBA at Western University before going on to earn their MBA from Harvard Business School.
