Aily Roper is a professional with extensive experience in customer education and instructional design. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Education and Manager of Learning Experience Design at Bluebeam since August 2021, Aily successfully launched the company’s first end-user product certification in 2022 and received the Golden Skillet "Impact" Award in 2023 for delivering impactful Customer Education and Certification programs. Prior to this role, Aily worked at Fusion Academy from May 2017 to September 2021 as an Instructional Content Specialist and Curriculum Developer for Humanities and World Languages, also serving as Lead Teacher and Mentor in the same subject area. Aily holds a degree in Political Science and Theater from Oberlin College and completed education at The American School in Japan.
