Shay Cooper

Shay Cooper is an experienced HR technology professional currently serving as the Manager of HR Technology at Bluebeam, Inc. since September 2022, previously holding the position of HRIS Analyst. Prior to Bluebeam, Shay worked at JELD-WEN, Inc. from May 2018 to October 2022, progressing through roles such as Sr. HRIS Business Analyst and HRIS Business Analyst, as well as serving as a Human Resources Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as HQ Business Analyst at Verizon from August 2011 to February 2015, where Shay also obtained Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and focused on call-in-rate measurement. Shay earned a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Norfolk State University between 2005 and 2007.
