Allen Thong

Allen Thong, PMP®, is an experienced professional with a strong background in HR technology and integration, currently serving as the Workday Integrations Architect & Data Management Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since April 2021. In this role, Allen collaborates with internal teams and global partners to align HR processes with corporate priorities and oversees the integration of Workday systems for over 28,000 employees. Prior to this, Allen worked as a Workday Integrations Consultant at Mercer, leading implementation projects across multiple HR domains, and held positions at Amdocs and Actix, where responsibilities included design and architecture of enterprise systems and data integration processes. Allen's technical foundation is supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Technology Management from Multimedia University.
